Though notice served on the respondents, no one on behalf of them appeared before this Court today either in person or through pleader. 3. It is seen that the petitioner is holding account No.2042413861830283 with the third respondent. On the request made by the sixth respondent, the third respondent has frozen the petitioner’s account. However, on perusal of records, it is revealed that the disputed amount is Rs.1,14,039/-. 4.
