Petitioner’s case is that he has completed his normal tenure while serving as Junior Engineer at his present place of posting i.e. Kurthla, Sub Division Jassure, District Chamba, which is stated to be a hard area. He preferred a representation dated 14.02.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondents, seeking his transfer to a soft area of his choice.
