ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VENKATESH NAIK T) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw this criminal petition. The contents of the memo read as under:
“The advocate for petitioner files this memo as under. It is submitted that the Trial is posted for HBC. Hence the petitioner is intending to withdraw the top noted petition. The petitioner seeks the liberty to file the petition for Regular bail after the examination of material witnesses. Therefore the petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the petition in the interest of justice.”
2. In view of the memo for withdrawal and supporting submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
