For the purpose it had taken insurance from respondent. Claim was made in respect of the policy. Respondent did not pay and his client lodged complaint before the District Consumer Redressal Forum. 2. Drawing attention to the order sheet, he points out, notice was served on respondent on 1st September, 2022. Respondent had filed written statement. The Complaint Case no. 25 of 2022 (M/s. Super Tannery Limited Vs. SBI General Insurance Company Limited) is still pending. There be direction for expeditious disposal thereof. 3. We do not deem it necessary to direct issuance of notice on respondent. This is because said respondent has already entered appearance and filed written statement in the forum. We expect the complaint case will be adjudicated and disposed of by 15th October 2025. Petitioner will communicate forthwtih, certified copy of this order to both, respondent and the forum. 4.
