Counsel – R1 to R5 Dr.S.Suriya – R6 ORDER The petitioner challenges the notification dated 06.12.2024 issued by the 6th respondent inviting bids from the eligible contractors for renovation of Government High Schools. 2. Learned counsel for the 6th respondent submitted that pursuant to the tender notification, bids were processes and the work order has been issued to the successful bidders. She further submitted more than 75% of the work order under the contract has been completed in the year 2025. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 6th respondent, this Court is of the view that nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.
