Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioners are husband and wife, presently serving as Trained Graduate Teachers (Arts) in PM SHRI GUSSS Jarol, Dstrict Mandi, H.P. They seek direction to the respondents to decide their representation dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure-2) for their transfer from the present place of posting. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - 3. The case projected by the petitioners is that they have already put in 5 years & 9 months and 6 years respectively at the present station. Their four years’ child is suffering from heart disease and requires specialized treatment. His previous details of treatment have been given by the petitioners in their aforesaid representation. In view of adverse health conditions of their child, couple has made a request for their transfer from the present place of posting which is stated to be not conducive for the child. 4. Looking to the nature of the problem being faced by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners, sympathetically, in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of two weeks from today.
