Learned counsel for petitioner, on basis of instruction, submits that petitioner is not aware about aforesaid order. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that counsel for respondents will provide a copy of aforesaid order to petitioner’s counsel today itself and petitioner will be at liberty to take legally permissible recourse, if so advised.
