JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This Contempt Petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 20.01.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.102738/2024(S-REF) whereunder, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.02.2024 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2. On issuance of the notice, respondent-accused have appeared today. 3. Learned AGA filed affidavit of the Commissioner of Collegiate and Technical Education, Bengaluru dated 09.10.2025 enclosing the endorsement dated 03.10.2025. According to the learned counsel for the respondents- accused, representation of the complainant is considered - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13730-DB CCC No. 100268 of 2025 and endorsement is issued rejecting the request of the complainant. 4. On going through the affidavit and the endorsement dated 03.10.2025, we are of the considered view that there is substantial compliance of this Court order dated 20.01.2025 in WP No.102738/2024. Therefore, the contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the complainant to agitate or challenge the endorsement dated 03.10.2025 before the appropriate forum.
