Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicants/respondents. While placing on record communication dated 4.8.2025, issued under the signature of Executive Engineer HPPWD Division Arki, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that decision has been already taken to implement the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated and necessary direction has been issued to the competent authority for issuance of notification under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as documents annexed therewith, this court finds merit in the aforesaid contention of Mr. Panwar and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, accordingly, present application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that notification under Section 11 of the Act, if not already issued, is issued expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks and thereafter entire process shall be completed in terms of provisions contained under the Act within statutory period, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring officials.
