ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“A. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the execution of the award passed by respondent No.1 dated 27.03.2024, produced herein as Annexure-C. B. Direct respondent No.1 to take appropriate measures to keep the petitioner’s name alone in column No.9 in re-unioned all agriculture properties of the revenue documents. C. Pass any such other appropriate writ, order or direction that deems to be fit under the circumstances explained above.”
2. Learned AGA on instructions would submit that warrant has been executed and the children of the petitioner have now appeared before the Assistant Commissioner.
3. In that light, the Assistant Commissioner is directed to take the issue to its logical conclusion. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy as available in law, the petition stands disposed.
