Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 05.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
