ORDER 30.06.2025 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On previous date also no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. On 05.02.2025, while this Court considering the status report had observed that respondents have not passed any consideration order, therefore,
directed to pass a consideration order in light of the order passed by the Writ Court and place a copy thereof before this Court on the next date of hearing. In pursuance of order dated 05.02.2025, respondents have filed the fresh compliance report and placed the consideration order dated 14.05.2025 on record. In view of the submissions made by the respondents and in view of the fact that the order of consideration has been placed on record, this petition would not survive. Since petitioners are absent, it appears that they are satisfy with the
order of consideration, therefore, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. However, petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court, if they choose so.
