(Oral) While placing on record copy of communication dated 05.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Rampur, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, appearing for the respondents, states that pay fixation of the petitioner has been done, but arrears are yet to be released. He states that arrears shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 2. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that arrears on account of pay fixation are released to the petitioner within a period of four weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
