The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 340/2024 arising out of Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1191/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 307, 341, 379, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Hazaribagh. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 7449/2024 vide order dated 28.11.2024. 4. On 25.03.2024 at about 9:00 P.M., free fight ensued between the informant party and the accused persons, in which both parties sustained injuries. 5. It was submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2024. It was also submitted that one of the co-accused persons namely Pradup Yadav @ Manoj Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 1739/2025. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-I, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
