The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "To issue, a suitable order or direction directing the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mathura exercising jurisdiction as learned Judge Small Cause Court, Mathura to consider and decide the SCC Suit No. 902 of 2021 (Rajkumari Vs. Radhika @ Lalita Rani) filed on 17.12.2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that SCC suit No. 902 of 2021 is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division) / Judge Small Cause Mathura since 17.12.2021. He placed the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mathura to consider and decide the aforementioned SCC suit No. 902 of 2021 (Rajkumari Vs. Radhika @ Lalita Rani) in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
