The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to conclude Complaint Case No.-58/2023, Sachin Kumar Vs Virendra Kumar Mishra, under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S- Puramufti, District- Prayagraj, within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court, within time bound period. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No.-58/2023, Sachin Kumar Vs Virendra Kumar Mishra, under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act and to decide in terms of sub-section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act. The same shall be considered with most expedition strictly as per the law of the land, subject to legal impediment, if any. 5. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
