COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail order granted to the first respondent/accused by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 29124 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025. 2. The allegation against the first respondent is that on 18.09.2025, he called the defacto complainant over the phone, used abusive language, and questioned about the delay in filing the Advocate Commissioner Report. Hence, the complaint. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that he seeks apology for whatever he spoke about the Advocate Commissioner and he also undertakes to give a written apology https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 23687 of 2025 __________ Page3 of 4 before the concerned Advocate Commissioner. 4. In such view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent and the undertaking to submit a written apology to the concerned Advocate Commissioner, this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to proceed with the matter further at this length of time.
