Case No. 508 of 2024 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353 and 307 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-A), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, charge framed under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307/149 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)(a), 251-A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Hazaribagh. 3. On 10.03.2024, at about 10:30 p.m., Barkagaon Police received information that naxals had assembled at Gurukuwa Pahar. On the basis of this information, police party reached there. Thereafter, encounter ensued between both the sides. On being overpowered, extremists fled away. Huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered from the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but his name has come on the basis of the fact that the accused persons were calling each other by their name. 5. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is involved in two more criminal cases. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
