This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action in pursuance of the order dated 30-06-2015 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur in Case no. T20151436043178 (Asha Devi Vs. Gaon Sabha & others), under section 41 Land Revenue Act within a stipulated period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act was passed on 30.06.2015 but till date the said order has not been complied with. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents. As already 10 years have elapsed since passing of the said order, in case, petitioner moves an application before respondent no. 2 within 15 days from today, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate order, within a period of next one month. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
