Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State Page No.# 2/2 respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 52/2025 under Sections 189(2)/329(3)/304/131 of BNS. 3. The case is today listed for Case Diary but it is submitted by Mr. Borthakur that charge-sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No. 42/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 4. In this context, Mr. Das, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is already on interim pre-arrest bail and hence his interim protection may be extended so that he can appear before the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below within 15 (fifteen) days with an application of bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 6. Till then, it is provided that the interim pre-arrest bail, granted to the accused/petitioner by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2025, shall remain extended for another 15 (fifteen) days from today, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below for filing fresh application for regular bail. 7.
