Mr. TPS Walia, Addl.A.G, Punjab. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under section 528 of BNSS with a prayer for issuance of appropriate directions to Respondents No.1 and 2 to enquire into the complaint of the petitioner No.1 through some senior police officer as the private respondents are having political blessings being politically well connected as wife of the respondent No.4 is the present Sarpanch of the village and they are trying to forcibly occupy the land of the petitioners, despite there is a restraint order of stay from the learned Civil Court, but time and again the private respondents are trying to take possession of the land.
2. At the outset, there is request for adjournment of the case but considering the nature of relief sought, at the first instance, learned counsel for the Anuradha 2025.07.30 23:06 I agree to specified portions of this document
CRM-M-40105-2025 (O&M) 2 petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.4-the Station House Officer, P.S. Salem Tabri, Ludhiana to decide the representation dated 02.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.4-the Station House Officer, P.S. Salem Tabri, Ludhiana is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 02.03.2025 (Annexure P-5), after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
