Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Though notice has been served on the respondents and the names of the respondents have been printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on their behalf either in person or through a pleader. 4. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 176 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course.
