The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 07 of 2025 arising out of Panki P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1782 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 03.11.2021, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons dragged the father of the informant towards nearby bush. When the informant reached there, he saw his father lying in the pool of blood with an axe embedded in his body. 4.
