The present application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the court below to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No.778 of 2008 (State Vs. Manish Kumar Shukla & Others), arising out of Case Crime No.282 of 2007, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 498-A, 504 and 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Kanpur Nagar, within stipulated period. In compliance of order dated 06.01.2025, report from learned District Judge, Kanpur Nagar is placed on record. Perusal of the report goes to show that the concerned Court has proceeded in accordance with law and details about dates fixed in the matter and the reasons for delay have been satisfactorily explained. In view of the earlier order passed by this Court, the concerned Court is directed to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
