Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent authority to conduct an enquiry against the respondent no.3- Gram Pradhan pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner before the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a complaint against the respondent no.3- Gram Pradhan. It is further argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date nothing has been done. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 that enquiry report has been submitted by the Enquiry Officer on 21.5.2025 to the Block Office, Chaka, Prayagraj. 5. In response to the above, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent no.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 6. In view of the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 7. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. 8.
