THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
There was no representation on behalf of petitioner. On 13.10.2025 this Court had passed the following order. “Learned AGA Sri.V.S.Kalasurmath accepts notice for the respondents. Learned AGA would submit that the petition is premature inasmuch as a communication between two wings of the department is called in question. He would seek time to secure instructions as to what has become of the communication produced at Annexure-T dated 04.02.2023. List the matter on 15.10.2025 in the preliminary hearing list.”
2. The Learned AGA on instructions would submit that the application of the petitioner seeking reimbursement of medical expenses did not append to it necessary documents. It is therefore the communication between the two departments happens to direct the petitioner to produce all the documents.
Therefore, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to produce all the
