The present writ petition is preferred commanding a direction to the respondent-Authority to upload the layout sanctioned plan of petitioner upon prescribed portal of State of U.P. namely, UPOBPAS within the time framed by this Court and alternatively it has also been prayed to decide the application dated 20.12.2024 moved by the petitioner in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the contesting-respondent submits that there are multiple litigation over the property in question. However, they have very fairly conceded the fact that in case, the application/representation filed/moved by the petitioner has yet not been decided, definitely the same would be decided in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration. With the consent of counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the respondent No.3 to take a final call on the application dated 20.12.2024 moved by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders in the matter.
