Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to remove the petitioner from his post as Junior Resident Doctor working in the Department of OBG and Gynal, Maharishi Vishwamitra Autonomous State Medical College, Ghazipur till the regular appointment is done on the said post." 2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.8.2024, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instruction dated 30.8.2024, which is taken on record. As per instruction, vide order dated 30.7.2024 petitioner has been replaced from the post of Junior Resident Doctor, therefore, relief prayed by petitioner cannot be granted. 3.
