Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.31266 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023. 2. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.31266 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023 is complied with, no further adjudication in this matter is necessary and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 3. In the result, contempt case is closed, with a liberty to challenge the subsequent proceedings if any, if advised. No order as to costs. 4.
