The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024, for the offence registered under sections 21(b), and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribag. 3. On 28.10.2024, Barkagaon police apprehended this petitioner along with the co-accused persons from Rana Mohalla, Barkagaon and on search 5.41 grams of brown sugar were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediately quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 16 of this Bail Application. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Birju Vishwakarma and Munna Kumar Soni have been gratned bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribag in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 269 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
