Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been filed seeking following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and direct the Assistant Police Commissioner Lohamandi / Executive Magistrate Commissionerate, Agra to comply the order dated 06.05.2025 passed in case no. 791 of 2024, Sanjay Kumar Vs. Vijay, under Section 152 BNSS, P.S. Shahganj, district Agra in the interest of justice within specified period and / or pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under circumstances of the case, otherwise applicant / peoples shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that on the complaint made by applicant, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Achhanera / Executive Magistrate, Agra has passed order dated 06.05.2025 against opposite party No. 3 and he was directed to remove the encroachment from the disputed land. It was pointed out that by order dated 03.06.2025 the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Achhanera / Executive Magistrate, Agra has again passed order for compliance of the order dated 06.05.2025 but despite that the order dated 06.05.2025 has not been complied with so far. The grievance of the applicant is that a direction may be made to the concerned authority for compliance of the aforesaid order. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Achhanera / Executive Magistrate, Agra within a period of two weeks from today, raising his grievance regarding non-compliance of the order dated 06.05.2025, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. 5.
