Pursuant to the order dated 20.01.2025 a personal affidavit has been filed by the Director of Basic Education Officer, U.P. Lucknow today in Court, is taken on record. 2. In paragraph no. 4 of the aforesaid affidavit it is stated that after going through the order passed by him dated 3.12.2024 as well as after going through the order passed by this Court in the present writ petition on 20.01.2025 a decision has been taken by the answering respondent to revisit the order dated 03.12.2024 and in this regard a notice dated 24.01.2025 has been issued by him to the District Basic Education Officer, Hapur. In paragraph no. 5 of the aforesaid affidavit prayer has been made to permit the answering respondent to revisit the order dated 03.12.2024. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. With the consent the writ petition disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to take final decision in the matter most expeditiously and positively within a period of one month from today. 5.
