Mr. Bezbaruah submitted in this regard that the accused/petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024 and hence considering his period of detention he may be enlarged on bail as the case is already charge-sheeted. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an application of regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law.
