1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicant, who is in custody since 10.02.2023, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T Case No.580 of 2023, arising out of Mandar P.S. Case No.24 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 341/323/504/506/509/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)/26 & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XII, Ranchi.
3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the applicant was rejected, vide order dated 25.07.2023, passed in B.A No.5758 of 2023. Thereafter, his prayer for bail was again rejected by this Court, vide order dated 25.04.2024, passed in B.A No.2556 of 2024, whereby, liberty was given to the applicant to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.
4. It is a case where the wife has sustained fire arm injury.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. In compliance of the court’s order, a report has been submitted by the Trial Court. From perusal of the same, it appears that all the witnesses have been examined except the Sergeant Major. Further, it has been reported that the trial is about to conclude in this month itself.

8. Considering the above facts and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is hereby, rejected once again.
