The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to lodge an F.I.R. against respondent nos. 4 to 5 in complaint letter dated 8.4.2024. b. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 3 to obey and comply with the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari versus State of U.P., and others AIR 2014, Supreme Court 187, the Director General of Police, U.P. has issued a Circular dated 30.12.2013." The petition raises disputed question of fact which could be decided only on evidence. The petitioner has the remedy to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 173(4) B.N.S.S., therefore, it is not a case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
