The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the condition imposed by this Court is scrupulously complied. The petitioner is reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also deposited Rs.10,00,000/- before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms reporting of the petitioner before the respondent police daily without fail. Insofar as the deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of the crime account, the learned Government Advocate furnished a photocopy of the receipt issued by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram bearing No.359693 dated 01.07.2025. 4.
