Petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment since his father died in harness on 27.04.2021. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner by referring the documents annexed alongwith this writ petition, specifically the letter dated 05.07.2025 communicated by Respondent-Bank, submits that matter is seized with Head Office of Respondent-Bank, however, till date no decision has been communicated to petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-Bank, on basis of limited instructions, submits that in case no decision is taken till date, it will be ensured that a reasoned decision will be taken with regard to prayer of petitioner for compassionate appointment in terms of prevailing scheme, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the statement given by learned counsel for Respondent-Bank and prays that this writ petition may be disposed of. 6. Taking note of above referred submissions, specifically the submission made by learned counsel for Respondent-Bank, the writ petition is disposed of.
