The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonahatu P.S. Case No. 08/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Amit Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 23.01.2025, the informant came to know that dead body of his brother was lying near Aamtand. When he went to the place of occurrence, he saw that his brother was assaulted by sharp cutting weapon and his motorcycle was also found there. Suspicion has been raised upon this petitioner that she might have committed murder of the deceased as the brother of the informant was having illicit relationship with her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from confession, there is no material against the petitioner on record. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Gupta, learned J.M., Ranchi or his successor in connection with Sonahatu P.S.
