ORDER 28.07.2025 01. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to treat the same petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and take a decision with regard to the release of the admitted liability in favour of the petitioner, as projected in the writ petition, within some reasonable time frame, to which Mr. A. R. Malik, learned Senior Additional Advocate General who appeared on the asking of the Court, has no objection, provided the same is directed to be decided in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field. 02. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. 03. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the very threshold and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as representation on behalf of the petitioner and take a decision with regard to the release of the admitted amount/liability, as projected in the writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, along with a copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the applicable rules and the law. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondents be communicated to the petitioner through registered post. 04.
