At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that against the same judgement and order, accused-Kapil Saini has also preferred Criminal Appeal Defective No.55 of 2025 which, too, is on Board today, as such present jail appeal is not maintainable. 3. Learned panel lawyer for the appellant could not dispute the said fact. 4. In view of the fact that regular criminal appeal has already been preferred by the appellant, the instant jail appeal is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
