With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition (S/S No.1121 of 2020) is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the case of promotion of the petitioner in accordance with relevant rules as expeditiously as possible but not later than eight weeks’ from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 6.
