Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who submits that the charge-sheet has been laid in this case bearing charge-sheet No. 57/2025 dated Page No.# 2/2 31.03.2025. 2. Considering the fact that the charge-sheet seems to have been filed on 31.03.2025, whereas the interim bail was granted to the petitioners on 21.05.2025 and as the charge-sheet has been laid, the interim bail which was granted to the petitioners is hereby extended for three more months or till the petitioners receives summons from the Trial Court and appear before the Trial Court and pray for a regular bail before the said Court whichever is earlier. 3.
