P SUBASH The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 18.09.2020 in W.P.No.16674 of 2020. 2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in acting upon the Form-6A applications submitted by the petitioners on 27.03.2020, as illegal and arbitrary 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 18.09.2020 directing the 4th respondent to consider the applications of the petitioners and take final decision within a period of four weeks. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondents failed to consider the applications of the petitioners. 5. A reply affidavit was filed by the respondent. In Paragraph-3 of the reply affidavit, it was specifically contended that the respondent rejected the request of the petitioners by assigning specific reasons vide endorsement Rc.No.29/2020/B, dated 22.05.2020. 6. No rejoinder was filed denying the same. 7. Thus, as seen from the averments in Paragraph-3 of reply affidavit, a speaking order was passed on 22.05.2020, in pursuance of the order dated 18.09.2020 in W.P.No.16674 of 2020. Hence, this Court does not find any violation of the order. 8. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is Closed. No costs.
