This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "to issue direction/order restraining the defendants-respondents not to interfere in the Shop/Clinic run by the petitioner over the property in question in the nomenclature of 'Dr. Riaz Clinic, Memorial Health Care Center, Gulawati, District Bulandshahar' in any manner, any manner, during pendency of O.S. No.1365 of of 2024, pending in Court of Civil Judge. (Sr. Div.) Bulandshahar." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted in view of pendency of civil suit. In case the plaintiff-petitioner is aggrieved by any action of defendant-respondents, he may approach the Court concerned by moving necessary application praying for relief against the defendants. 3. No interference is required in the writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4. Writ petition stands dismissed.
