This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to give effect to his own order passed on 14.10.2023 passed in case no. T202215060706514 (Rakesh versus Gaon Panchayat) whereby the case under section 21/24 of U.P. Revenue Code filed by the petitioner has been allowed, and the respondent no.3 has been directed to install the stone over the boundaries of gata no.2042 admeasuring area 0.585 hectares situated at village Haidarabad Tehsil Sagadi District Azamgarh." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 14.10.2023 by respondent no. 2 but the effect of the order has not been given till date. In para no. 10 of the writ petition, it has been stated that against the said order, no appeal or restoration application has been preferred till date. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to give effect to order dated 14.10.2023, within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in case there are no legal impediments or any appeal or restoration application is pending consideration. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
