The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.IR. dated 23.06.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0270 of 2024, under Sections 147, 427, 452, 352, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Hanumaant Vihar, District Kanpur Nagar. It has been averred in the short counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 4 that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 submits that he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. In view of above, impugned F.I.R. is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary. Let this order be communicated to the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur Nagar by the Registrar (Compliance) within one week.
