Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner has filed reply dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure-P) to the writ petition. 4. In that view of the matter since the reply made by the petitioner herein has not been considered by the Competent Authority, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this writ petition. However, the Competent Authority shall consider the reply made by the petitioner dated 09.10.2023 (Annexure-P) and to further consider Annexure-M and take decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
