The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R dated 30.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 454 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2),333,115(2),352,351(2),74,76 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita-2023, Police Station- Kairana, District- Shamali. It has been averred in the short counter affidavit that parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 has no objection, in case the F.I.R. is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
