Sastri, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Stamps & Registration. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner complaining of inaction of his Application dated 06.01.2025 seeking to delete the subject properties from the Prohibited Properties List under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. 3. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Stamps & Registration has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, T. Narasampuram, Eluru District, dated 20.02.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4. In any case, the Written Instruction rendered by the Tahsildar, in a case where the Writ Petitioner is seeking deletion of subject property from 22-A list of the Registration Act, 1908, is of no use. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the District Collector, Eluru District (Respondent No.3) to pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of 16 weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 6. Needless to state that the District Collector, Eluru District (Respondent No.3) is statutorily obligated to adhere to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing Advance Notices to all the interested parties 3 including the Writ Petitioner and consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the Final Proceedings. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order along with the material documents to the Respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today for effective compliance. 7.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
