This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.03.2025 passed under the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955. 2. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer made in the writ petition and has submitted that the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy of filing a Criminal Revision in the light of State Government Notification dated 15.10.2024. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, it is hereby provided that if the petitioner files a revision within a period of 15 days from today, then the authorities entertaining the revision shall without fail decide the case within a period of one month thereafter. 4.
